The staffs are friendly and accomodating. Helpful and would always greet you whenever they pass by. Facility is verrry good, always clean and smells good. Elevator is very fast. The location is superb as it was right next to a mall and commute is also easy as you can ride a jeepney and mini bus to your location with ease. Near market too! The guards are nice and pleasant also. The room we booked is spacious, the bed is soft and you wont have problems with cleanliness as you can always ask for house keeping 🥰

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning has a remote control and is very effective. The shower was fantastic with good pressure and both rainfall and a regular shower head. There's a machine in the hallway that can dispense both hot and cold water, fantastic if you're British and want to make some tea! The staff were always very helpful and the cleaning staff responded very quickly when we spilled some food on the bed and needed to change the sheets.

Been staying here whenever I'm in Iligan for business. Hotel is attached to a mall; convenient to buy stuff and good restaurant choices. The hotel does NOT serve breakfast but there are a few restaurants that are open early. At the time we stayed they offer vouchers for a simple breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Transportation may need a bit of advanced preparation--so plan ahead; hotel staff can call affiliated cabs anytime. Staff friendly and helpful.

A very welcoming and inviting atmosphere, embodying true warming Filipino hospitality. Our rooms also included a huge bed which was very unexpected at such a great price for our room and made our stay even more comfortable!

I also love that there is a little lounge area on our floor with a table and chairs and water. The view from the 5th floor was also beautiful.
